Carol began her journey in the Martial Arts in 2000, under the tutelage of Sensei Mike Payne, studying Tae Kwon Do.  In 2003 she joined the Tang Soo Do family and had the privilege of learning the ‘Way of the Foot and Way of the Open Hand’ from Grandmaster Johnny ‘Lightfoot’ Thompson.  She was promoted to the rank of Cho Dan on December 03, 2005.  Carol is  an associate instructor at the Ed White Dojang and continues her journey in the Martial Arts.

Carol is the proud mom of two boys, Kristopher and Michael, and a nurse, currently working at BAMC, Ft. Sam Houston, Texas.
