Description: R2F is a reality based club that offers Commando Krav Maga, a
devastating Israeli fighting system that can be used to protect you and your
loved ones from deadly confrontations. R2F also offers Combat Conditioning
to get our students into "fighting shape". The three ideals of R2F are based
on 3 Hebrew words: •Chazaq (ha-zawck) - Be Strong/Encouraged= חזק •Shaqad (shaw-kad) - Be Aware/Watchful = שקד •Shamar (shaw-mar) - Guard and Protect = שׁמר At R2F our goal is to not only get you physically ready but spiritually ready. Strengthening the spirit along with the body allows for a more complete and ready individual who can face not only physical challenges but life's challenges as well.
